Please contact the technical support of the company from which the component was purchased in order to correct any issues encountered.

 Vancouver Media Install guarantees the proper functioning of all cables and electronics purchased from Vancouver Media Install by the customer, and in the event of a malfunction will replace the affected component free of charge for a period of up to one year after installation.
