1.Can I route my power cable from my TV through the wall?

No, it will void your house fire insurance and it will lose our electrical license. What we can do is install a recessed power outlet behind your TV for $70 and supply a small power cord, so that you can plug in your TV unseen behind the TV itself. We have a licensed electrician who will do the power relocation safely and neatly.

2.How do the signal cables exit my wall?

We have various options for the signal cable exiting, we can use a pass through wall plate(which is include in our promotion offer), in which the cables pass neatly through the wall.

We can also install for a small extra fee specialized wall plates so that you can unplug your cables directly from the wall and there is no chance of putting pressure on the back of the TV, these include:

HDMI Hi Def Wall Plate Component Wall Plate Surround Sound Wall Plate SVGA Computer Wall Plate
HDMI Hi-Def Wall Plate Component Wall Plate Surround Sound Banana Plug Wall Plate SVGA Computer Hookup Plate

3.How do you install large TVs into high or difficult locations?

We use a portable Genie lift to hold the TV and mount into a high location and then secure it. The lift is rated at over 800lbs and can lift to over 12’ and is fully portable so we can bring it into almost any environment.
However for most jobs we that the TV is being mounted fairly low we just use 2 strong and able bodied installation professionals to hold the TV during installation

4.Is there going to be any damage to my wall?

No, the only screw holes will be behind the wall plate (behind the TV) and underneath the wall plates. We use specialized fishing and auger equipment to go sideways through studs and fish wires through them. If the cables are going a long distance we may need to pop off base boards but we insert them back on cleanly after and use caulking to ensure that they are as clean if not cleaner looking than they were before.
